Location: a low tech, low profile universe
A space station serving as vital relay station for the entire system. If the Fallen corrupt this critical relay point, they could easily change the entire program to do their bidding.
Someone decided to place a crew of many excellent men here to ensure that the Fallen wouldn't crack into it, or even realise its significance.
The space station itself is also low profile and low tech at first, to ensure that it doesn't go noticed as out of place into this universe, as it would otherwise attract Fallen attention.
The Universe: A small pocket universe consisting of only a dozen star system of which only three are inhabited by the Union of Species, a group of species all originated from the same system and that formed a union to colonize the rest. The Station is located into one of the uninhabited one. Most of the uninhabited systems aren't charted yet by the Union, and nor have the Administrators conducted scans there, to make sure that there would be no attraction to the vital space station.
The Station: At first glance it would seem like a Union Space station. Star shaped, three hanger docks, a bridge with all comm sattellites attached and that's it. The station itself is in pretty bad shape, and will need patching up before it can be suitably operational.
The Relay Point: Access to the relay point is hidden into a dimensional pocket just near the station's power generator. Only with the right clearance will it open. It is also equipped with a portal device allowing for instant travel to other parts of the multiverse
This is not known IC at the moment, unless your character has a really, really good reason. I will be checking stringently.
